Carnglaze Caverns.
Carnglaze consists of three underground caverns set in 6.5 acres of wooded hillside of the Lovely valley at St. Neot, near Liskeard. Carnglaze Caverns provides an exciting day out whatever the weather. Open all year, Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm (August until 8pm). Closed on Sundays.

Trethorne Leisure Park .
Trethorne has something for all ages. Open daily all year.
All weather Leisure Park open 10am to 6pm. Eight bowling lanes, games room, and bars open 10am to 11pm.
Enjoy a meal in our licensed restaurant and visit our gift shop.
Large outside play area. Undercover - excellent activities such as the 'Jolly Rogers' ball blaster, the dropslide, ball pools, assault course, giant astra slide and much more.
There are ponies to ride, lambs to feed. "In touch with animals" sessions.

Minions Heritage Centre .
Unusually located in a Cornish engine house, the Centre interprets the history of the landscape from the Stone Age, through the 18th and 19th century mining, to the present day.
Access for wheelchairs is by prior arrangement.
Opening hours: The Centre is open all year round from 10am to 5pm.

North Cornwall Museum & Gallery .
This award winning, privately owned museum is set in a building that was originally used for making coaches and wagons. The museum covers many aspects of life in North Cornwall from fifty to one hundred years ago. The Gallery has changing exhibitions by artists and craftspeople.
We are also a Tourist Information Centre.
Open Easter to September, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm

Sterts Theatre .
Sterts Theatre offers a unique opportunity to experience the wonder of live theatre and music in a unique outdoor setting. Visitors can make the most of the beautiful surroundings with a family pinic before the show or enjoy a meal in the Bistro and Bar. If you fancy somthing simpler why not grab a burger from the basbecue - a favourite feature of an evening at Sterts of order a picnic hamper. SW Lakes Trust .
We invite you to visit our lakes, which are brown tourism signposted and offer a whole host of activities including coarse and trout fishing, sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. For the less energetic our Lakeside Restaurant at Roadford Lake and three other tea-rooms at other lakes along with numerous picnic areas offer the chance to relax and unwind. There is miles of footpaths and cycle routes winding through beautiful countryside. All but our smallest sites have car park and toilets suitable for disabled visitors.

Bodmin Plant & Herb Nursery is a “proper” nursery specializing in herbs and herbaceous perennials. There is also a wide range of shrubs, grasses, climbers, alpines, marginal & water plants, trees, vegetable plants, bedding & hanging baskets. There are even whole areas dedicated to the more specific challenges of shady and ground-cover gardening.

WalkaboutWest.
Walkaboutwest is Mark Camp , author of the three Best of Bodmin Moor walks books and creator of The Copper Trail, a 60 mile walk around the moor. Mark is a Blue Badge Tour Guide based in the Looe area who organises guided walks all over East Cornwall and Bodmin Moor. He can also provide walks for groups staying in the area and his latest venture is to create walks and write them up for local accommodation providers.
Mark also guides on coach tours and is available for talks and presentations on various subjects relating to Cornwall.

Cardinham Woods.
With four waymarked trails and miles of other tracks and paths, weaving their way through 650 acres of scenic, mixed woodland, Cardinham Woods offers plenty of opportunities to blow away the cobwebs. There's also a children's play area, picnic/BBQ area and a café (open 11am – 5pm daily). Car Park: £1 under 2 hours, £2 all day, annual permit £15. TM International.
We are one of only 2 British Horse Society Approved Training Centres in Cornwall.  We train youngsters to become riding instructors and in addition to being a riding school, available to local youngsters and adults, we offer residential instructional riding holidays  to adults and unaccompanied teenagers.  There is the possibility of foreign youngsters to have English lessons while they are with us.

Bodmin & Wenford Railway.

The Railway is typical of a branch line in the 1950's.  Great Western steam tank engines are the main locomotives to be seen here but diesel traction is also used.
The main station on the line is at Bodmin General. The engine sheds are here, as well as a Souvenir shop and refreshment room in the restored station buildings.  
Trains operate from March to December - daily from June to the end of September.
