St. Neot Pottery .
Jack Greenwood re-trained as a potter when he lost his sight over 25 years ago. Clay is a very tactile medium to work with and Jack makes the pots, while his wife Penny decorates, glazes and fires them. The range includes teapots, cups and mugs, jugs and vases, decorative bowls and dishes. Each pot is unique, individually made on the premises, from rich red earthenware clay and decorated by hand. Commemorative pots for special occasions (e.g. weddings, christening, birthdays) may be made to order. The pottery is open throughout the summer months (closed on Sundays), other times by appointment. Groups are welcome by prior arrangement.

Blisland Harness Makers
.
Blisland Harness Makers produce a full range of saddlery and driving harness as well as maintaining a complete repair service. The work has branched out into cattle, sheep, pig and goat harness and all leather dog equipment. The craft side is expanding with cartridge bags/belts, pouches and cases, boxes, fashion belts, bellows, fishing rod and reel cases, and sailing equipment. Jane Talbot-Smith is now making a tripod stool which comes in various heights. Jane uses her training as a carriage builder in her carving on the bellow as well as doing all the leather work on horse drawn vehicles. She also makes and restores rocking horse tack.
In 1985 Jane was assessed and accepted into the Society of master Saddlers and became the first Master Saddler in Cornwall. Jane is qualified to teach saddlery and leather work and has run several courses with YTS students.

Glen Forster, Digital Photographic Artist .

I have recently returned to photography and am concentrating on my own personal interpretations of my own photographs.
Both travel and philosophy have played a very large part in my life. Different peoples and different places have always fascinated me. Couple this with the genes of a Portuguese great grandmother and my love of colour and form, both of which are very important to me, may be explained. I have tried to exploit this in my images and provide a "painterly" feel to my work.
The coming age of digital revolution has enabled me to combine both the scientific and artistic elements of my life. Use of the computer gives me great satisfaction in that it allows me the freedom to interpret the picture in different ways, unlike straight photography.
Archival prints of my work are available in limited editions of 25. If properly cared for these should last up to 70 years.
